I currently still keep in ], and recently removed ], as neither rarely ever got picked, Stinkweed being picked enough that I felt barely able to justify it. After that your options deteriorate rapidly in power, and it's very arguable how much you really want to keep those. The two best cards that have the keyword Dredge on them are ] and ]. Ultimately, and I speak as someone who's tried to make it work for a while, raw, pure dredge is very hard to make work.
Drafting a ] also feels pretty bad, in my honest opinion. Modern value-style Dredge is possible to build using a whole lot of non-dredge cards, and you could of course include cards to make legacy'smanaless dredge a thing, but then you'd need multiple copies of cards.
